［艺术家简介］

王东  (笔名东子  出生于北京)
1988年 毕业于北京市工艺美校 留校工作五年 负责《神路窑》陶艺工作室
1990年 举办第一次《陶趣》个人作品展
1994年 获法国国家奖学金与法国南方的陶艺家们进行交流
1995年 斯特拉斯堡艺术学院米晒来陶艺实验室
1996年 在巴塞罗那艺术创作中心创作并参加国际艺术邀请赛
1999年 第二界中国雕塑邀请展何香凝美术馆
2000年 中国当代雕塑邀请展青岛雕塑馆
2000年 出版《艺术花园——作陶的法国女人》湖南美术出版社
2000年 在后海开设《禅猫》装置作品店
2000年 青花陶瓷《活字》入选意大利国际陶艺竞赛展
2003年 出版《烟盒》中国青年出版社
2003年 出版《在大理的星空下接吻》广西人民出版社
2005年 出版《在大理的星空下》台湾联经出版社

Dong Zi was born in Beijing

1988  She graduated from Beijing School of Fine Arts, and directed the "Shen Lu Yao (Kiln of the Sacred Path)" of the school in the following 5 years;
1990 Debut Personal Exhibition "Joy of china";
1994 She won the French National Scholarship, and went to France to work with French ceramic artists in the south;
1995  She went to the Michelle Ceramic Art Lab of Fine Arts Academy of Strasbourg;
1996  Her art piece created in Barcelona Arts Mill was invited to attend the International Exposition of Fine Art;
1999 She was selected to show her works in the 2nd Chinese Sculpture Invitation Exhibition in He Xiang Ning Gallery;
2000 China Contemporary Sculpture Invitation Exhibition in Qing Dao Sculpture Gallery;
2000 Her art book "Garden of Arts - French Woman Who Does Ceramics" was published by Hu Nan Arts Publication House;
2000 Her boutique of installation art was opened on the bank of Hou Hai Beijing, by the name of "Chan Mao (Zen Cat)";
2000 Her art piece "the Living Chinese Character" was picked up for the Italian international contest of ceramic art;
2003  "Cigarette Box" was published by China Youth Publication;
2005 "Kisses Under the Stary sky in Dali" was published by Guang Xi People's Publication House;
2007 Personal exhibition "Blooming Magnolia" in Yu Lan Tang Gallery in Yan Huang Art Museum;
2007 "A Love Letter to God" was published by He Nan Wen Yi Publication House;
2008 Personal exhibition "Winter is burning" in Leo Gallery ShangHai;
2008 Her china underglaze blue installation art piece "Poems that transcend the Time and Space" was showed in 798 XYZ Gallery Beijing;
2008 Personal exhibition "The china garden" in Beijing;
2009 Personal exhibition "Dong Zi Blue-and-White Porcelain" in Leo Gallery ShangHai.
